The question we get most about price is why the number here does not match what someone saw on a trip to Japan or Europe. This page explains where that gap actually comes from, and exactly what our carton price covers.

Why prices abroad are not the prices here
Tobacco pricing is driven by each country’s tax structure far more than by what the product costs to make. The same stick can carry very different prices in two countries, exactly as ordinary cigarettes do. The shelf price a traveller remembers is that country’s domestic price with that country’s taxes already inside it.
The second factor is the sales channel. Where these products sit on ordinary retail shelves, stock moves from manufacturer to shelf in a straight line, in large volumes, with few hands in between. That structure produces a lower unit cost on its own.
The third is currency and timing. A price remembered from a trip two years ago rarely matches today, both because exchange rates move and because the country in question has usually adjusted its own tobacco duty since. Cross-year comparisons drift more than people expect.
Is carrying stock in from abroad worth it?
The part usually left out of the maths is the trip itself. If you were not travelling anyway, no price gap on tobacco covers airfare. If you were travelling anyway, the weight and the suitcase space still cost you something.
Every country also sets its own limit on how much tobacco a traveller may carry across its border, and those limits differ at both ends of the journey. Check the rules for the country you are leaving and the one you are entering before you fly, not at the counter.
Then there is availability. Flavor line-ups differ by country, and several of the sticks ordered most often here are simply not on the shelves elsewhere. Planning to choose after you land is riskier than it sounds.
What the carton price here includes
A carton is 10 packs, 200 sticks, and it is the only unit we sell. The price shown on a product page is the full carton price — nothing is added at checkout except delivery.
Delivery is a single flat charge per order, the same whether the parcel goes to a Bangkok condo or a district office in Nan, and the same whether the order holds one carton or six.
Every flavor costs the same. No flavor carries a premium and best-sellers are not priced higher, so the decision is purely about which one you want to smoke.
Common pricing questions
Does the listed price include delivery?
No — the product page shows the carton price. Delivery is a flat fee added once per order, the same for every destination in Thailand. The full total is shown at checkout before you transfer anything.
Is there a discount for buying several cartons?
The per-carton price is the same at any quantity. What you save is shipping, because it is charged once per order — three cartons in one order pay the same delivery as one.
Do prices change often?
They follow our supplier and do not move often, but they are not fixed forever. The site always shows the current price, the payable total is recalculated when you place the order, and if the price shifts while your form is open you are told before confirming.
Why is there no per-pack price?
Because we do not sell packs. Quoting a per-pack figure would suggest you can buy one, and you cannot — everything is sold as a sealed carton of 10 packs, so the carton price is the only one shown.
Are TEREA and SENTIA priced differently?
No. Both lines cost exactly the same per carton here, so there is no budget reason to prefer one over the other.
