• Bank-transfer evidence when you choose to upload a slip

How we use it

• Create, verify and fulfil an order
• Confirm payment, dispatch the parcel, provide tracking and answer order questions

• Measure website performance in aggregate without sending names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, order numbers or slip data to analytics

Information stored on your device

The cart and any address you ask the site to remember are stored in that browser so you can continue later. Use the forget control at checkout or clear this site’s browser data whenever you want to remove it.

Service providers

We share only what is necessary with the order and slip systems, chat provider, LINE, infrastructure providers and the delivery company carrying the parcel. We do not sell customers’ personal information.

Retention and security
