Age and product use

The products contain nicotine and are sold only to people aged 20 or over. Placing an order confirms that the buyer meets that age requirement and has provided accurate information. The shop may reject or cancel an order that does not meet it.

Products, prices and orders

Products are sold by the carton in the quantities and at the prices shown on their pages. Delivery is shown separately and included in the final total before confirmation. Prices and stock may change, but the confirmed order total applies to that order.

An order is created when the system returns an order number. The shop may contact you if information is incomplete, stock changes or the payment does not match the total calculated by the system.

Payment

Payment is by bank transfer to the account displayed at checkout, with transfer evidence attached as instructed. Check the account name and total every time. The shop does not ask for passwords, OTP codes or card details in chat.

Delivery

Delivery is within Thailand to the address entered by the buyer. Times shown are estimates and may change because of holidays, remote locations, weather or courier operations. The buyer is responsible for checking the recipient name, address and contact details before confirmation.

Returns and claims

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted because the products are factory-sealed tobacco goods. If the wrong item arrives or a parcel is damaged, contact the shop promptly with the order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. The shop will review the case and explain the available resolution.

Website and third-party services

The site may link to LINE, chat, tracking and other third-party services with their own terms and policies. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or events outside our control.
