Why we sell by the carton, not the pack
Every flavor here is sold as a carton of 10 packs, 200 sticks in total, and we do not split cartons. Stock arrives factory-sealed by the carton, and breaking one open leaves the remaining packs impossible to account for. So the carton price is the only price we quote.
The practical upside is shipping: one flat fee per order no matter how many cartons are in it. People trying several flavors usually put one carton of each into a single order and pay shipping once.

How do I pay if I do not have a Thai bank account?
Payment is by bank transfer with the slip attached at checkout, and any bank transfer that lands in the account works — including transfers made through a Thai banking app on a foreigner-registered account. If your situation is different, ask in the chat before you order and we will tell you what works.
How fast can it get to Phuket or Samui?
Phuket normally lands one to two working days after the slip is confirmed. Islands reached by boat, like Samui and Phangan, can add a day. You get a tracking number either way, so you can see where the parcel actually is.
How do I check my order after paying?
Once packed, the tracking number is sent to the channel you chose at checkout. You can also look the order up yourself on the tracking page using the order number — no login needed.
